XRF-DOSIMETRY-BADGE SERVICES

XRF-DOSIMETRY-BADGE SERVICES are provided as an annual subscription monitoring plan for BADGE devices. The plan includes maintenance and 24/7 online access to of Occupational Radiation Exposure Reports for employees for a period of 5 years after their termination of employment.  The plan also includes CONSULTING SERVICES to support corporate compliance with state and federal regulations.  

Scheduled exchange of the DOSIMETRY devices via USPS ground service unless collect shipping information is provided for expedited services. Return envelope with postage is provided at the time of exchange. Once the used DOSIMETRY devices have been measured for exposure levels, an Occupational Radiation Exposure Report will be provided via email and saved in your XRF Company online profile for anytime access.

Initial Cost of $795 per year for the first ring for account setup and management. $395 per year for each additional ring after that.
