Spark LIBS LASER OES Certified Reference Material with Certificate of Traceability.  Also called 1 1/4 Cr - 1/2 Mo Alloy or P11 Alloy.

These Spark or LIBS OES CRMs are certified by primary calibrations and are traceable to the SI through NIST.  An inter-laboratory comparison is finally initiated to achieve uniform consensus values, and then all data is statistically analyzed to ensure that the certified values and confidence intervals are of the highest accuracy.

A Certificate of Analysis, with Confidence Intervals, is issued with each Spark LIBS LASER CRM.
